Publications and Appearances

Everything that has appeared publicly under my name: podcasts hosted, podcasts produced for other hosts, public speaking moments, articles and press appearances.

So far, the most consistent part of my public work has gone through podcasting. The rest—articles, interviews, moments on stage—come as complements to the same line: working with ideas that matter, delivered through the voice that carries them.

My own podcast, "Tu Inspiri România"

Host since 2021 · Spotify, Spreaker and connected platforms

Tu Inspiri România is the podcast I have been hosting since 2021. I built it as a conversation space with people who leave visible traces in their world—entrepreneurs, leaders, creators, specialists. Every episode is a long recording, with time for questions that go deeper than a LinkedIn headline.

Podcasts produced through Noi Producem Podcast

The studio I run, Noi Producem Podcast, produces podcasts for other Romanian hosts too. Every production goes through the same standards I apply to my own podcast: non-negotiable quality on sound and image, editorial thought as a branding tool, consistency from launch to growth.

Public speaking

The origin, summer 2014. From Finish to Start.

In the summer of 2014, I decided I wanted to become a voice. Not "visible." Not "known." A voice. A kind of megaphone for my thoughts, my ideas, my experience. Together with two friends, I organized a public event. I called it From Finish to Start. The poster still exists somewhere, well hidden, probably as a capsule of my courage back then.

I prepared seriously. I wrote my speech. I practiced. I memorized it. Everything was fine until I walked on stage.

In the first three seconds, it all went blank. Completely blank. No idea, no sentence, nothing. I stood there looking at people without being able to say a word. And in the front row were my parents and extended family. I had forced them to come to my first speech on stage.

I started speaking anyway. Sentences without beginning or end. Conclusions before ideas. Summaries of information I knew I had prepared well, but which refused to come out. Slowly, slowly, I pulled myself together, started to be coherent. But the fear of ridicule, the feeling that "I already messed it up," had taken hold of me.

And that is when my body decided to defend itself. In its own way.

Without realizing it, I started wrapping the microphone cable in a loop around my little finger. Not another finger. The little finger. I would wrap and speak. Speak and wrap. I did not see the desperate signals from the technician. I did not see my colleagues in the audience. All I felt was my hand becoming heavier and heavier.

I found out later why. I had wrapped about 10 meters of cable in a loop around my little finger by the time the photo above was taken. And, inevitably, when I was finally more relaxed and saying something important, there was a loud squeal. Feedback. Then silence. I had managed the impossible: to pull the microphone out of the mixer in the opposite corner of the room without moving from the stage.

The photographer captured the entire moment, including how I was gathering the cable in a loop around my little finger.

December 2014. The decision

That evening, I probably would have wanted to disappear. But in December I made myself a very clear promise: I will learn professionally to speak in public and I will never refuse another chance to get on stage.

2015 and 2016, John Maxwell Team stage

I am certified Trainer, Coach & Public Speaker through John Maxwell Team since May 2014. In the years following that December promise, I got on the team stage for two public speaking competitions.

The recordings are public on YouTube. I have not hidden them or retouched them.

You cannot perform at something without starting by messing it up. And there is something else that is not said enough: if you are not willing to go through the moments when you make a fool of yourself, you will never reach the moments when you matter.
