Certifications and education
Three major professional certifications, each validating a pillar of my work—leadership, psychology of online sales, behavioral structure. Two master's degrees and a bachelor's in economics, with a year in the United States.
Professional certifications
Certified Trainer, Coach & Public Speaker
Three specialized certifications simultaneously, Trainer, Coach, and Public Speaker, through the official John Maxwell Team program. Twelve years of exposure, study, and application of the 21 Irremediable Laws of Leadership, in real rooms, with real teams, with verifiable results.
It is not the certification of someone who read Maxwell last week. It is the certification of someone who has taught, observed, tested, broken, and corrected these laws for over a decade, including through public speaking competitions on the team stage (see Publications and appearances).
ClickFunnels, Certification in Psychology of Online Sales
Certification obtained in 2017 through Russell Brunson's ClickFunnels program, focused on psychology of online sales, how to build the architecture of an offer, how persuasion works ethically in the digital environment, how to move from awareness to purchase decision without manipulation.
It included six months of remote mentorship, weekly, directly with Brunson's teams in the United States, the teams that effectively implement the psychology of online sales for ClickFunnels clients' businesses.
Knowledge from this certification enters selectively into my work today. I do not use manipulative tactics, false urgency, countdown timers, artificially constructed FOMO. I use foundational principles: hook, story, offer; attractive character; epiphany bridge; trader principle. The rest stays in the box.
DISC Assessment, Idc profile
Complete DISC behavioral assessment, conducted in 2021 through Tony Robbins program. The result confirmed what people who work with me already observed:
- Idc, Influencer primary, Dominance secondary, Conscientious tertiary, Steadiness absent
- Motivators HIGH, Individualistic, Regulatory, Theoretical
- Motivator LOW, Altruistic

Academic education
Master in Global Economics
Second master's degree, pursued between September 2000 and June 2002. The American academic experience recalibrated the foundations I had built in Romania; analytical rigor met a global perspective and a writing standard that I use in every professional analysis.
Master in Business Management
First master's degree, completed in 1998, immediately after the bachelor's in economics. The program completed economic formation with management discipline, process structuring, team leadership, operational decisions.
Bachelor's degree in economics
Bachelor's diploma, 1997. The academic foundation. The year of graduation is also the year of first employment, at ProTV, to learn corporate media while pursuing intensive university formation (see Professional journey).
Before academic formation, the olympiads
Quantitative rigor did not form at ASE. It came with me already—I was a mathematics and physics olympiad competitor throughout school. Structured thinking on quantifiable problems is a foundation, not a framework.
Continuous learning
Beyond the certifications above, I learn continuously through reading, peer mentorship, and direct application in client work. My personal bibliography includes Ayn Rand (Objectivism), John Maxwell (leadership), Russell Brunson (direct response), Seth Godin (permission marketing), plus specialized literature in branding, podcasting, accessibility design.
