Who we are

The website mirelapascu.ro is the public personal library of Mirela Pascu, brand strategist and founder ThinkUP Marketing SRL. Website operator: ThinkUP Marketing SRL. Contact: contact@mirelapascu.ro.

What data we collect

This website is static. It contains no contact forms, newsletter opt-in, comments, or any other mechanism that directly collects personal data. We do not use cookies. We do not use invasive analytics tracking (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, etc.).

The only data that passes through the server is the minimal technical information necessary for any website to function—visitor IP address, user agent, accessed URL, referrer. This is processed by the hosting provider (Cloudflare) for security and network operation purposes, in accordance with their privacy policy.

External fonts

The website loads fonts from Google Fonts (Fraunces, Inter). This request transmits your IP address and standard HTTP headers to Google's servers. If you prefer to avoid this transfer, you can use a browser extension to block external fonts. We intend to self-host fonts in the future, eliminating this dependency.

Links to external websites

The website contains links to external platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Spotify, bio.link, Facebook, TikTok, Bluesky, NPP, PodFind, Inclusivo, etc.). Each of these platforms has its own privacy policy, which we invite you to review before accessing them. We are not responsible for the data collection practices of these platforms.

Your rights under GDPR

If you have contacted us by email at contact@mirelapascu.ro, we have the following data associated with our conversation: your email address and the content of messages exchanged. Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), you have the right to:

• request access to the data we hold about you

This website does not set any first-party cookies. We have no cookie consent banner because it is not necessary—we do not collect anything through cookies. The content of this website is open for citation by AI engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini, etc.) with attribution to Mirela Pascu and a link back to the source page.
