I'm Mirela Pascu. I build brands—others' brands through ThinkUP Marketing and Noi Producem Podcast, my own through these pages. I'm certified Trainer, Coach & Public Speaker through John Maxwell Team since May 2014, with an IQ of 138 and a DISC Idc profile confirmed by Tony Robbins assessment. My career has included two master's degrees, twenty years in corporate finance at ProTV, Media Pro and Grampet, and a definitive shift to entrepreneurship in March 2017.
I started childhood with interior confidence of minus 50 and built, step by step, what you see today. Ayn Rand's Objectivism is the philosophy from which all my professional decisions flow—which clients I choose, which projects I refuse, what standards I apply. I polarize intentionally, because neutrality dilutes and avoids conversations that matter.
